I purchased a Charter Arms Police Bulldog in 32 H&R Magnum at the local gun show yesterday. Looks to be not a bad revolver. I'm pleased with the gun but sad to discover that I shot up my 32 ammo last weekend.

I have been searching the fora (forums?) here to discover what moulds folks are using. The Lee 90 grain appears to be popular and was still in stock at a couple of online sellers yesterway evening.

Has anyone experience with one of these Charter Arms revolvers?

My all-time favorite mould design for 32 S&W Long and the 32 Magnum is the RCBS 32-98-SWC. It is accurate from 700-1250 FPS, and casts at .315"--so is adaptable to most 32 caliber revolvers regardless of dimensions.

I also ran across one of the Lyman #313631 moulds, a 100 grain SWC with gas check. It is inaccurate until about 1100 FPS, but once there and as you proceed to 1300-1350 FPS it straightens out and flys right. Kind of a single-purpose/high-velocity boolit, and gas checks aren't cheap--but it can be made to work. Just the item for someone who waters their houseplants with Dom Perignon.

I have only Lyman handles. will they work with RCBS molds? Our house plants are required to do the best they can with tap water; but, at least the water is "hard".
