I've been shooting comparisons in the .45 Colt w/ a Ruger BHK. 6.5 Titegroup with the Lyman 454190 and then a 452424. I've run this "shoot out" numerus times..seems that the 452424 always shoots more accurately & consistently. I do believe it is because it has a crimp groove; the 454190 dos not and it may contribute to the reason why it is not as accurate. However when chronographed the 454190 had a lower std deviation...weird. Was wondering what others have found using both bullets.

Also---state of Wisconsin DNR is quite disturbed that the number of deer hunting licenses is way down. The high cost of ammo and firearms as well as far fewer places to shoot and hunt are contributing factors. Seems that young men have much less desire to go deer hunting. It used to be a passion of many and it looks as if this is a long term trend.
