Scamazon sells many endoscopes that you just plug into your phone and they are cheap.

A common trick with the muzzleloading crowd, where you can only look though one end, is to drop in a lighted arrow nock.
If it's for a smaller caliber just sand off the excess plastic.

You can also use fishing bobber lights the same way, it's what I do.

Many years ago a locksmith friend showed me a neat setup he just soldered wires to a mini mag light Krypton bulb so He could see in holes drilled in a safe it would work in a cartridge gun but not a muzzle loader as you need wires to a battery. Today a person would use a L.E.D. rather than a light but the small diameter of those little bulbs are hard to beat and it is a nice white light .

I got one of those plastic 90 degree bend things you stick into the chamber and use any flashlight.

I don't use a borelight. I open the action and shine a Streamlight Microstream LED flashlight on the boltface, and let the reflected light illuminate the bore. Any small LED flashlight will work.

I found that those borelights with the bent clear plastic tips project light that's too bright to see detail in the bore and rifling.
