Made up bacon wrapped cheese burger onion rings for supper tonight.

Used a red onion cut into /2" slices. every third ring.
Mix hamburger with shredded cheddar cheese.
stuff the hamburger in the gap between the 2 rings
Wrap with a strip of bacon I cut the strip in half as ts easier to work around the ring.
salt pepper and season to taste.

I recently bought a new outdoor grill a Char Broil Monument all stainless steel even the grate . When I do burgers I put strips of bacon on the S.S. grate and it cooks to perfection! I have tried that with cast iron and porcelain coated grates with no luck always sticks terribly .
