Have owned this old 11ga double for 60 years. The top rib reads: LONDON The locks are marked in old English. Is there a Reasonably Knowledgeable Individual (RKI) who can read old English?? I have wanted to know who signed the locks on this great old double that I have dragged through the fields banging grouse, pheasants, and rabbits. Below are several "smokes" I have made of the makers name. Thanks for taking a look!319363319364319365

If you show the proofs and gauge marks it might be more informative ........in many cases guns were not marked with a makers name ,and were in fact marked by the retailer .

The gun has London proof house marks and 11 stamped underside near the breeches. No makers name. Just the locks are marked with a makers name.
