Just wanted to send in a positive shout out for the service I received from Weaver. I had a set of rings that had a broken cross bolt screw. Called the Weaver folks and was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable guy. He understood what I was describing as broken and after collecting my info, said he'd look in to it. No further fanfare but a week later I had the replacement parts in my mailbox. No invoice. No shipping charges. No great super story here, just decency and consideration from that guy and the company. I appreciated it.
