View Full Version : Lee customer service - WOW!

Well, I have to put up a huge kudos to Lee customer service tonight. I had the sprue bolt gall and get stuck on one of my 6 cavity GB molds, the 358627 copy. I twisted off the bolt, tried to use an easy-out to get it out, and completely buggered up the bolt and hole for it. This problem was MY FAULT. I've only had the mold myself for about a year. I called them up, they had me send it in about 3 weeks ago. I hadn't heard anything from them and have tried to reach them with no success. I came home tonight to find it in my mail, completely re-drilled and tapped with a new bolt and sprue plate. They sent a note saying it was covered under warranty, no charge or s/h charge! They made this customer VERY happy, I was sure they were going to send a note back apologizing for not being able to repair what I had screwed up and would not be able to get a new mold. I was wrong, and they have earned more of my business!

I cannot begin to describe the QUALITY of service I have had with Lee.
Fast turn around, inexpensive, and they do the job!
I turn to them first.
