I and my Sister in Law talked with my case manager again
As the "New" Doctor had a CAT Scan and MRI taken and then gave me the same BS Song and Dance as the other doctor had
Explaining my next step was with my Lawyer
My Case Manager works for the company that is sort of the Ohio Workman's Comp Insurance provider for the company I worked for when I was hurt
They wanted me to first "Try" Cleveland Clinic again
I agreed to going back if I saw someone other than the Doctor that I had seen the first 2 times I went there
Head of the department , with a herd of medical students and interns Kissing Her back side
First She wanted me to drive 1 1/2 hours each way 2-3 times a week for "Treatment" in a Study
Told them 2 times I couldn't make the drive 2-3 times a week
I would need to stay local , never got a OK to do that
Then she wanted me to take a "NEW" med that Ohio Workman's Comp already told both of us they would not pay for , $550 co pay per month through my insurance
So close to 2 years later we "Talk" to case manager AGAIN and fax her my Lawyers paperwork
Surprise
4 days later I have a appointment with a Different Doctor at a different Cleveland Clinic location
I had the 9 AM appointment and am checked out by the doctor for over 1/2 hour
I am also supposed to start on 2 new meds as soon as Ohio Workman's Comp OK's them
As she check everything , she also explained I was not the first person that she had seen that had "Problems" with some of the staff
She also admits she has no say as to how things are run at any of the other Cleveland Clinic locations
Or had NOT had their paperwork finished and sent in to Ohio Workman's Comp ( last appointment it took 9 months )
Cleveland Clinic is referring me to a ENT local to me to see if there is something that can be done
As the every day Sinus Headaches are getting worse
I have ONLY been asking for this for 10 years
Also I am to have a appointment with a Neurologist
As she and another of my doctors think nerve pain or damage is part of the problem from the plates installed to hold my skull together after a fall 10 - 12 feet onto my forehead
Sure a GREAT way to mess up Early Goose and Teal hunting Season
