Anyone know about these things???
I have an Artillery Luger. 1914 if I remember correct.
I got a email notice about this stock from Sarco

https://www.sarcoinc.com/luger-1913-stock-holster/?utm_source=Newsletter&utm_medium=Email&utm_campaign=Weekday+Blast+08-30-2023&utm_id=Weekday+Blast+08-30-2023

Looks good to me, but not having it in my hands, I just don't know.
Any thoughts, suggestions, direction, ridicule?????

It's a lot more cost effective than an original. Lots of the originals got destroyed or separated over concerns of legality of being a SBR. Current rulings are with the C&R classification they don't require a stamp. If I had an Artillery Luger I would have a stock for it.

iirc-that C96 wooden holster type was not original issue + if used with any artillery model would require a NFA SBR tax stamp to be legal - only the board type reproes are ATF approved - to be safe contact ATF for a written legal determination before purchase - as the add states prototype + not original issue to comply with ATF regulations -

UGGGGGG!!!!!
Looked at the add again.
Below is says all nfa rules apply.
I guess I just won't get one.
But............... there is a case going on that would make all nfa rules moot.
It basically it says the Second Amendment is not only about firearms, but any, and all, tools that can be used as arms.
So knives, clubs, tasers, any and all firearms, almost anything is unconstitutional.
Here, they just removed the ban on butterfly knives siting that ruling.
I think kakafonia just did the same with high capacity magazines.
I'm sure it's going to be challenged, but in the mean time..............
Wouldn't it be nice if the atf had to change to at.

ATF C+R rulings on repro board stocks has been in effect for at least 5 decades + held up in court numerous times - if stock is not exact copy of original issue it is classed as an SBR - + currently not classified the same as the brace litigation currently in dispute

So is this stock OK to have?????

Anyone have one of the holster stock combos made in India????
I've read mixed reviews on them.
Some think they're ok, some hate them.
I'm not a Luger collector, so I wouldn't know what's good or not.

check with ATF for a written determination ! - the flat board stocks for original as issued naval + artillery Luger P08's are the only approved ones for C+ R + exempt from NFA registration classification - the India produced ones vary in quality - _
