Kiva user wants a tank?

I have money in Kiva and highly recommend it. If you are not familiar it is a sight that does micro loans all over the world. You put money in, pick who it goes to and they pay you back over the year then you relend. Helping people help themselves and I always choose farmers.

Anyways, I got a notice today of loans being repaid and urging me to relend. I went to the sight and the first person to pop up was Carla who was seeking $2,000 to build a tank. A tank for $2000? Well, I'll Fund that as long as I get those plans!

That'd be my guess.

The bigger high pressure vapor/gas or EPA approved fuel tanks can get pretty pricey.
