Got this beauty in today, with mid range verniers, windage adjustable/spirit level front sight, 30" heavy barrel. I got it off of board member "Shrapnel". it is a looker, and he undersold it if anything. Beautiful case colors, blue is spotless, bore is perfect, wood is also about perfect. Has plain black walnut, but it looks good, and holds suprisingly well offhand. I switched out the front sight insert with a tiny post with a even tinier bead. I adjusted the set trigger to 13 ounces, crisp. Now to load up some ammo and see what it likes.

Purchased my first Pedersoli 30 years ago and just kept adding. The bottom one is 40/65 with 6x Malcolm scope. Interesting that 40/65, 50/70 and 50/90 have all been discontnued from production.

That's a good looking Sharps and the Pedersolis have a good history of pretty accurate barrels. I'm a big fan of any single shot in .40 caliber, and have four in .40-65, one of my favorites of the various .40's.
