Not sure where to post. Hope this is alright.

Got a bag of these in a large buy. Have had them for years. They are .410 and weigh 210 grains. Who made them?

0.41", 210-grain was the standard 41 Rem Mag commercial load heavy bullet, so we can guess that was the target audience. Those bullets appear to be an attempt to make a TMJ version of a truncated cone bullet without plugging an open base, probably to qualify for use at indoor ranges that don't allow exposed lead. That solid base will be best for accuracy. But as to who made them, I have no idea. I don't recall ever seeing that before.

Member on another forum say they were made by Hornady and are silhouette bullets.
