I have a 1977 made Investarms 58 caliber ML. Looking at adding a receiver peep sight. I see both the Lyman 57 SML and 57 GPR sights listed, for a couple different Hawkins rifles. Anyone happen to know which one of the sights would fit the Investarms 58 properly? I can't tell from the Lyman rifle models they list the sights for. TIA

Both the TC and GPR use the same rear tang mounted sight.
But the sight for the GPR comes with a wedge shape plate to make the sight fit the steeper angle of the GPR which is a greater angle down than the TC Hawken tang.

I just sold one and it had the same rear sight as a savage 99, and a Lyman 17a front.

The investarms is the same rifle as the Lyman isn’t it?

Investarms is the manufacturer of the Lyman plains rifle line, the GPR is in that line.
