Mounted a Leu 2.5 x 20 on my son's 336, with Leu STD medium rings. I've always used low on my guide gun, but now that I see the mediums are not bad at all in terms of scope height, it would be nice to take the hammer extension spur off my gun which I can do with the medium height.
I can bore-sight the traditional way but to be honest, just want to avoid the trial and error to some extent (I know the limitations of lasers as well). Sight Mark doesn't make a laser for the 45-70. Anyone know of a 45-70 laser sighter?
