A little help please.

Does anyone know of a chart or listing of boolit gas check shank dimensions ? Specifically the .22 cals. I'm not a .22 shooter but am looking at a jar full of spent primers and wondered if large rifle/pistol primers could be used as gas checks after the anvil has been plucked out. Work is slow and I have too much time on my hands :roll:...Ray

I was wondering if the LR primers could be enlarged with a tapered punch. There appears to be plenty of side wall to use in stetching the width. It would be a slow process, but if you have plenty of time....
