7.62x39 quick load help please

I have this boolit Lee CTL312-160-2R. I’m wanting to load it in my AR 7.62x39. But, I also want to use my 9mm Suppresor on it so I need to keep my psi down to 35,000 psi.
I’m not looking for subsonic, I just want to tinker and NOT destroy my suppressor😀
So I would greatly appreciate some help.

The list of powders that should generate loads in excess of 1400 fps is pretty long. For future reference, when asking for a QL run, providing the COAL and barrel length can make a big difference in the quality of the output.

Another detail is that 35,000 psi chamber pressure is meaningless to a suppressor. Muzzle pressure is meaningful. Quickload reports both.

In my previous post I mentioned thinking about muzzle pressure instead of chamber pressure. Here are some higher chamber pressure loads that do not have excessive muzzle pressures for a rifle round.

Given that the 35,000 psi value is based a 9 mm can, the muzzle pressures for that round in a pistol might be a better threshold to evaluate to. FYI, I have seen Quickload muzzle pressures over 7000 psi in a 4" gun with a 102 gr bullet.

Actually, getting a value for rated muzzle pressure from the maker of the can would be the optimum thing to do. If you want more info, please provide more details (details on actual gun in use, what the can is really rated for, etc.)

The faster powders will burn quick and the pressures drop off much faster. So you will have less pressure at the muzzle.
Also with a faster powder, you use less powder, which means less volume of gas for the suppressor to handle.
