Is there any place out there that sells powder coated hollow point handgun bullets. Or some place that would powder coat my bullets.

Consider doing it yourself. It’s not that hard and doesn’t cost much to get started in, especially if you can find a small oven in a thrift shop. I don’t find PCing hollow points more difficult than normal boolits. If you do get a bit of powder in the hollow point, it won’t make a big difference.

It's very easy to do........just get a good mold & try it. It can be a lot of fun.

Straight Shooters Cast Bullet Company in West Virginia. They make a perfect bullet for duplicating the .38spl. 158grn. LSWCHP "FBI load", using pure plain lead with a Brinell hardness number of only 5 in order to ensure opening up at snubnose sub-1000 fps velocities, baked with Hi-Tek and given a gas check.

LongCarbine Try enamel spray paint and bake them 30 minutes at 400 degrees in a oven that will never be used for food .
The bullets must be rinsed with acetone before spraying , I have driven soft lead over 2100 f/s this way in rifles and 1700 in 10" contender.
