I have a Magma Star Bullet Luber. Does someone here make punches
and dies for them? Or do I need to go through Magma.

You could do a want to buy ad here. I'm not aware of any supplier other than Magma now.

Nobody other than Magma makes them that I am aware of. As others have said, used ones come up occasionally.

Isn't this something Lathesmith had been making? I had him make me a some items a few years back. He was a straight shooter.

Post #462 says lathesmith has closed his doors. He did a great service for a lot of us.
