Evidently they expect that the anvils can be recycled indefinitely.

or you could get the one from noe that resizes the old primers and reuse everything

It works. Only use galvanized steel flashing 10-20 thou. Aluminum flashing will blow through. Used anvils fit well.
The cups fit my Starline and Hornady brass fair. Not the tightest fit but well enough to function, probably not so well suited for gas guns.
The drawn walls have a bit of a taper.

I'm machining my own anvil die. I'm probably going to make a cup drawing die as well, the .22 Reloader model is tedious to use. It really needs to be press mounted.

there is a priming compound available with a liquid binder

nah, it is binary (quaddriary?) and inert until mixed
