Trick to fix sizer die with stuck shell

Instead of going through the usual drill, tap and extract exercises, try this:

Take the die out of the press, add Kroil to the shell base. File any pulled up rim flat and reinstall the die in the press.

Turn die so a good part of the rim is on left and right sides of press.

Remove shellholder from ram and be ready to reinstall with opening facing the rear of press.

Slide shellholder into ram while slipping opening over the good part of the stuck head. Lift lever and shell comes out

This is interesting. Will try it next time. I can tell you if I get a case stuck in the rockchucker sometimes the co-ax press will pull the case out.
