Ideal Handbook numbers and corresponding year of issue

I know I've seen it but can't find it. Could someone direct me to a roster of Ideal Handbooks and which year each was issued. I am convinced that a lot of guys would be interested in such a thing at some point. Thanks in advance.

I believe the Lyman Centennial Journal may have had the list you're looking for. Unfortunately, my copy of said journal is not close at hand right now. Maybe somebody else has one they can quote from.
