Anyone out there using the Lyman 356402 mold for 9MM?
I have a two cavity and just started using this mold. It makes a 115 grain bullet
with one grease ring.

What I would like to know is there any feeding problems and how does it shoot, that is groupings.
Thanks

It is the oldest copy bullet design made by the Ideal corporation from the German cartridge. If your gun won't feed it you have real problems as it flows like melted butter through most. It was designed to weigh 124 gr and most I have owned do that. I found it slightly inferior to the 124 gr rn but not by much.

Shoots fine through both of my 9s (Belgium Hi-power and Walther P-38). Casts well and PCs just fine.

I have yet to see a 9mm Luger that did not like that one.

Thank You for the input about the Lyman mold.
I have a (new to me) Canik 9mm and so far it is performing very well with
round nose bullets. I'm now loading the 356402's, now I have to find some range time to try them out.
