Hello new guy to the site. I bought 500rds of hard cast powder coated 155grain bullets to load target ammo a teesny weeny bit cheaper than jacketed slugs.
I have win244 and unique powder
The data I have found solar is

The Lyman #401654 (mold?) 150gr for unique powder is
5.0gr min load. 6.3gr max load. 1.090" OAL

Hogdon mag for jacketed slugs
155gr BAR TAC XP. WIN244 3.8gr min. to 4.3gr max 1.135 OAL
155gr BERB FP win244 5.5gr min. 6.2gr max. 1.125 OAL
155GR HDY XTP win244 5.1gr min. 6.0gr max. 1.125 OAL
This is gonna be for a Beretta PX4 full size . I'd like to shoot 100rds per session and clean barrel after.

Your hard-cast bullets should do just fine with the Berry's bullet loads. Berry's usually suggests using cast load data for their bullets. I would load 5 of the start load, 5.5 grains, 5 of 5.7 grains and five of 5.9 grains and test them to see which was 100% reliable, then I'd load up the rest with that load.
