New calculator that will calculate the bc of a roundball bullet.
You can find it here: https://weatherby.dk/BP/bc/BC.htm

Have bookmarked it. Are you going to make it available as a downloadable file?

If you have a LabRadar chronograph it will give you the REAL TRUE BC at any distance. One of the neat things about that chrono.

Just tried it again. This time it did not calculate the weight.

Works here. Remember to fill in values for diameter and weight. Using diameter 0.535 in and weight 230 grs gives the result of BC 0.0755

@ulav8r I will convert it to a download file. Just need some spare time to get it done...

A Labradar will not work with a patched round ball. It doesn't really work with any muzzleloader. Really a Labradar is good for modern handguns and rifles, and thats it, nothing else.

Just tried it again. This time it did not calculate the weight.

It couldn't do that since it doesn't know what alloy they are cast with.

The first time I tried it, it calculated the weight after I put in the diameter. That would be of some use to me. If using a round ball, I could care less what the BC is. The only way I can see to alter the BC is to change the alloy and most alloy changes are not suitable for use in a round ball.
