The formula was created by Don Miller. I have just used his formula and collected data for Black Powder burning values. This is a first release, so check it out and give it some feedback. The file can be downloaded here: https://www.weatherby.dk/downloads.php?do=file&id=52

That's a windows only program? Perhaps it will run under wine?

Yes it should run under Wine. If I get the time, I will convert the code to javascript. For now it will only be as an win exefile only.

Added function to insert your own Powder heat value. Fixed some code as well. Same download link as before. Enjoy!

I could not get the drop down choices to move off Goex FG. Looks like a good tool one you get the bugs fixed. Not to criticize just a heads up. Where to you get the heat value for a powder.

Hi, Minerat and thanks for the info. Was a "small" bug in the code. Upgraded to v1.2 and now the dropbox should be OK!
