Was wondering if anyone has ever used this mold for use in a PTR91/Cetme/HK91? I am interested in using a cast bullet in the delayed roller action and would prefer a 6 cavity mold to a double. These would be PC'd and hopefully a GC would not be needed.

If so, what powder and load was required to cycle.

Thanks in advance

The first sticky at the top of this page: '7.62x51 NATO...' should provide just about everything you might need about loading that cartridge for semi-autos but, FWIW, 33.0 gr H4895 under the RCBS 165SIL boolit cycles an M1A quite nicely. However, both the 155 and 160 gr. versions of the referenced Lee/C.E. Harris boolit have gas-check shanks so, even PC'd, don't expect much in the way of accuracy without GCs. On the other hand, NOE makes several .30 cal molds in that weight range that are designed for PC without gas checks.
