Upgraded the tang sight on the 1886. Had been using a Marbles improved but wanted a more precision sight as I am going to use this rifle at the Quigley this year. An MVA Soule has replaced the Marbles. Marbles was not a bad sight but the MVA is far ahead, easier/quicker to adjust and no having to count 40-80 clicks or more on the elevation. Load development is done. Shot several groups today at 300 yards so I could use the come ups to calculate the actual BC of the boolit, velocity is known. Largest was 6", best was 3.5". Pretty pleased with these results.
