It's a mount for a powder drop.
Has two inserts of different size hole.
7/8 x 14 threads.
Well built.
So what reloader / powder drop does it g to?????

I use one like it on my Dillon 550 to mount an RCBS powder measure when I load stick type powders in rifle cases.

I got to thinking about this and IIRC the Hornady Pro-jector press came with one those to mount a powder measure.

Based on color/look-n'-feel, I might venture that it is a press mount for a Texan Model 219 when used without the bench mount?

The Hornady case activated powder drop attachment that I bought years ago for my Projector came with one of those.
