I am looking for a way to store single dies that I have lying around, mostly Lee bullet sizing dies, universal decapping and expanding dies etc. I want something similar to the MTM DB-4-30 box, that holds 12 dies, but unfortunately it's discontinued. Does anyone have one they want to sell, or can point me towards a similar product?

A trip down to your favored sporting goods store fishing isle will likely net you what you may be looking for in the plastic Lure storage boxes. Multiple sizes and moveable dividers and flat stackable storage. All my lube/sizing dies and accessories live in one. Got a picture around here somewhere if I can find it.

Some one will chime in, I have also seen examples where folks made simple wooden blocks/stands with holes drilled for die storage

I have one, maybe two, of the MTM DB-4-30 boxes.
If interested, PM me.

I bought heavy duty zip-loc baggies. Prepare your mold for storage, drop in a desiccant pack...and zip it shut. You can write on the bag as to the contents.

the advantage is that it's air tight.

But...I'm cheap....hahaha

I keep my extras, four or five in a clear Tupperware type after spraying down with Ballistol.

I keep all of the H&I dies , die parts , misc small tools , trimmer bits , shell holders , and loose dies lacking boxes or cases in the knock off Walmart branded Flambeau tackle box boxes .

I found two of them.
Will post a picture later.
Bad news is only one will fit into a Med FRB.
Two will have to go in two boxes.

Take a look at something like the boxes at the link below. They have dividers that you can use to make the compartments essentially whatever size you want, within reason, and are treated with Zerust rust preventive. I inset a Zerust tab or three to supplement the built-in rust preventive. They work for dies, small gun parts, etc. Walmart usually has these in various sizes in the fishing section for $10-15 or so.

Yes, with certain bulky items shipping will kill you and sometimes cost more than the item itself. Like said, Walmart or HF is your friend.

My choice will be the Plano 23730-05 Prolatch Stowaway Deep with Adjustable Dividers -- less than twelve U S dollars on Amazon. I use these for storing my (handled-) moulds; the plastic makes a great seal and they are super-rugged! 312733 With the dividers provided, you may very well be able to, also, add shell holders or other small goodies.
My choice :)

I mentioned above that I used zip-loc baggies...I do store them in a wall-hung plastic drawer cabinet where the drawers are not air tight....but maybe something like these would work.

I ordered some of the Lee 50 bmg trays mentioned for die storage, as I suspected from the pictures dies with lock nuts must be stored in alternating holes.

So setup the 9 wide way 4 dies would fit in each row for a total of 36 dies with nuts.

Thanks for the update, I was wondering the same. Does it suit your needs?

I guess I am not sure on that :-). I have a bunch to store in a variety of calibers. They will do for now but I bet I eventually make up some kind of racks that do not require alternating the dies.

After doing some digging around I found a gasket sealed container that I think I am going to make a tray to fit inside. The Lee tray will also fit inside it.
Listed dimensions on this container are 11.5 x 8.5 x 6.5. The biggest dia lock nuts I see in my collection are Lee Hex at 1.3" across the corners. Making a tray out of say 1/4" Oak Veneer plywood to hold 8 dies wide by 6 dies deep may work out well. More or less 8 calibers per box. Might end up only 7 calibers due to taper in the box, we will see.

Cheapest price I found was on Maomart website. Six of them for $52.
IRIS USA, 6 Quart WeatherPro Gasket Plastic Storage Box with Buckles, Clear, Set of 6

Maybe use something like this to space the plywood up off the bottom of the containers. Might be easier to make those on the lathe and drill-tap for 10-32, then part off to exact length needed, bolt to the plywood with flathead 10-32 screws.

Found some 1/2" thick HDPE cutting boards on Amazon to make the storage racks to fit into boxes out of. Had explored how to drill the plywood and somebody suggested nylon cutting boards, turns out most are HDPE. $7.49 shipped for a board that will make 2 racks.

Update on the sealed box size, published dims can be tough to be sure exactly what they measured. The Lee tray will NOT fit into the box, just do not want to lead anybody astray. A tray that will sit 1" above the bottom of the box measures 9-1/4" x 6-3/4". The Lee will fit for length but not width.

You could try this, all those plastic drawers on the left are individual die sets.

Thanks for the update, I think I'll just get 2 lee trays and flip one over the top of the seated dies for storage.
