What calibers?

.44 Magnum, .454 Casull and .45-70 Govt.

I don't load any of those specific boolits but do load several between 300-340 grains in 45-70. My plinking, gongs and lever rifle silhouette load is 12 grains of Unique fired by a large pistol primer. Velocity is 1100-1150 fps and is quite accurate in my 1886 Browning. At a recent match was hitting a 24" gong at 400 yards. At the conclusions of the match I had 4 rounds left. The range has a life size ar500 prairie dog at 200 yards. Set the sights for 200 and hit the prairie dog 3 out of the 4 shots. Recoil of this load is very light. Deer hunting load is a Lyman/Gould HP (336 grains from my mold) over 26 grains of 2400 or 30 grains of 5744, about 1450fps.
