I need a three die set for 7.65 caliber pistol, and need your suggestions and guiding.
I’ve been ask if I can reload for a 1960’s era Walther PPK. I’m not looking to cast anything for this pistol, (but not opposed to it, if I had a mold) just reload with factory bullets.
In all, about 600 rounds from my count.
Thank you for the help.

So, 32 ACP? To be clear

Yes. I have an old set of Lee dies for the 32ACP but I haven’t had good results with them. I think they’re just to used from the previous owner I got them from. So I’m looking for your good results for this load and your die set.

While I haven't loaded .32 ACP, I have loaded quite a bit of .32 S&W Long and .32 H&R. I started with a set of Lee dies and was not impressed with them. Nor the set of Lee dies in .45 Long Colt.

I replaced the .32 dies with a set of Lyman dies that were labelled .32 ACP/.32 S&W/.32 S&WL/.32 H&R. Much easier to use, the seating die will roll crimp and there is a separate taper crimp die for the .32 ACP.

The .45 dies were replaced by a set of RCBS carbide dies. Again much easier to use than the Lee, but I did add a Lyman M-die for neck expansion.

In short, Lee handgun dies work, but there are better options out there.

.32 ACP = 7.65mm, same cartridge. Hornady, Redding, Lyman, RCBS would be preferable over LEE although LEE will work for some calibers. Small bullets and cases to handle but do able.

36G…I know what you mean, 32 is small. I do reload 25 caliber. It takes time and patience. But thats the fun of it, for me. I’ll search RCBS and Lyman. Thank you all for the practical hands on help.
Should be a fun project for a great vintage pistol. Looking forward to it.
