EZ Cal sold by iGaging.
Got it today from amazon.
Made in china.
Looks better than I thought it would.
I got this from a suggestion by a member here.
Nice plastic box, but no extra battery hole/holder.
It did come with an extra battery. CR2032.
Instruction are typical of stuff from china. Rubbish.
There is a Certificate of Calibration included.
Serial number hand written, but everything else is printed.
Even the check marks.
I got this one because it does Inch, Metric, and Inch Fraction.
Inch Fraction is 1/128".
Much larger display window than my old one.
So far it is accurate.
Zero doesn't change when going back to zero.
Large view window.
Bright enough for me to use.
Feels smooth and solid.
Display turns off after 5 minutes.

That is the same as the one I bought from Harbor freight. How much did it cost?

I looked on Amazon for the Ezcal you've got and couldn't find it. I did find this iGaging that looks like your caliper for $30.

Do you have an item number for your calipers?

iGaging IP54 Electronic Digital Caliper 0-6"
Made in china, so just hope it last more than a year.
Hate buying china junk, but price is reasonable.

I've had two Chinese calipers marked "Midway" and "Hornady" but made in China. One is ten years old, the other is closer to 20. I didn't plan on buying Chinese but they still work.
