Carl Gustaf 12,7x44R Disassembly

I recently purchased a Swedish Carl Gustaf 12.7x44R built in 1875 based on the Remington Rolling Block.
Now what I'm looking for is a description of how to completely disassemble the rifle, no video but a downloadable pdf or web page that describes the procedure.
Note that it is not a field strip I am looking for.

Frank de Haas "Single Shot Rifles & Actions" but you may not be able to find one, long out of print. But the 1867 is a very simple rifle action. Just go slow and study the interaction of the parts.

- remove buttstock
- remove pivot pin keepers, whether plate or screws. set aside.
- remove hammer and trigger pivot pins.
- lift hammer out.
- lift breechblock out.
- remove two triggerguard screws, set aside out.
- remove triggerguard.

The springs can be removed and inspected.
Inspect for dings or dents in the metal. Use fine stone to remove.

If the mainspring looks like a beaver chewed on it you can use a coarse and fine oil stone to work it out like the 2nd photo.

I removed the barrel on mine. Barrel was very grungy.

I made slave pins to hold it together without using the screws.

This is mine. It was a m/1867-74. Only upgrade was re-calibrating the rear sight and a new higher comb buttstock. This rifle has the 1874 buttstock configuration. Its actually much better than the Remington m/1867 buttstock. This one being the ~sporter~ doesn't have the military rear sight.

This is a pure Swedish Remington m/1867 rifle. The buttstock is different. Pretty much all Remington m/1867 model rifles have this buttstock config.
