So is that ventilation box where you will be casting using clean lead or melting down your dirty scrap lead...or both? I jumped through the video to the end, maybe you address the use of it.

Just a suggestion....

Go with round metal duct instead of the flex hose. Won't quite dbl the flow,but close to it. We custom fabricate dust/particulate collection systems.... including the impeller.

Nice project,keep at it and best of luck.

To get the most efficient use of an exhaust fan, make sure there is an entry for fresh air into the room.
