Hello,
I made an inert cartridge with a .356 sized 358242 boolit with an OAL of 1.060. It fed like butter in my new Kimber 9mm. Is this OAL of 1.060 (with the understanding that + or - a few thousandths variance) too short for this boolit? My Lyman 49th manual lists 1.065 as the OAL but I am not sure if this is the maximum or minimum OAL Lyman is listing here? I would prefer to cook up a test batch and 1.060 for a function test but I don’t want to knowingly load some kind of compressed combination with nasty pressures.
Thanks,
Divil
