Did you look up date of ship from factory yet?

If not, providing first 4 characters of serial will do fine for that, assuming that the first 2 digits are 70 to 77 followed by serial. If only 4 digits total in serial, the first 2 digits are enough. If it's not a tang safety model (1984 or earlier), you can still look it up yourself at
