Asbury Revival

Have any of you been following the revival taking place at the Asbury church in Kentucky? What are your thoughts?

Some revival is better than no revival. Somewhat puzzled that they take no stand on abortion, saying that Jesus Knows You. I'm sure he does, but not sure that he approves.

maybe i have missed something but i dont think the word has even been preached. from afar it looks like a band doing everything.worship today is cool music for alot of folks

Yes, I have been following this closely and it's spreading. I'm encouraged that it's the young people doing this. Reminds me of the 70's. We faced criticism and were ostracized also IIRC. God is working here. All glory goes to Him.

Last night was the last meeting and there were several that gave testimonies and some pastors did do some preaching. I thought it was mostly uplifting and inspiring. Be of good cheer, Jesus is near!

Let's watch the results.
Does Godly Righteousness begin in lives and abound ?
Is there confession and turning from sin ?
Is there the destruction of old satanic practices ?

Amen..^^^^^this^^^^those are signs of a true revival/renewal in an individual.

I was there and yes, it was a genuine spirit led revival. Saw several folks get saved including a young man from my church. People coming from every state plus Canada and Mexico. Praise be to the Lord!
