Anyone use this powder? Have @ 4 lbs. Want to try some in 30-30 & '06 with 170 gr. Lee FN w/gc. It's seems to be somewhere between 3031 & RL7 in burn rate. Thanks.

It's very, very close to H322. I've used it in high end 45-70 and 450 Marlin loads. It should work ok in the 30-30 as H322 is used in it. May be a touch on the fast side as 3031, H335, BLC-2, and 4895 are more the norm. Don't know that I go with it in the 30-06. Some have had big trouble using H322 in a partially filled case. Since BM is so close to H322, I'd avoid it.

Thanks, BAbore. I was thinking of low velocity in the '06, maybe with a tuft of dacron fiber, nothing high end. May do some experimentin' in the 30-30. Just looking for plinkin' loads for Mrs. Spud. This is the best powder IMO for my 223 w/J-bullets, and I had enough to mebbee try something else. Appreciate the response.
