Hi all. New member here. I have been reloading since the mid 1960's & casting for about 30 years. I have been looking at this site for awhile & decided i should join up with you guys. I wish this site was available when i started as it would have saved me from a lot of you know what. The main thing i have learned is that you can always learn more. Glad you've joined us. I joined up back in 2006 and there's always something new to learn. I had already been casting my own for a 15-20 years before joining the site. I only thought I knew a lot about it. I discovered the answers to questions about problems I'd had, and was still having from time to time. This is also one of the best, friendliest, helpful bunch of people a person could ever luck into.

Welcome Pipe!

There was a framing contractor in town here that was a good friend of mine and his nickname was "pipe". He swung a hammer so it was confusing to all the subs that were plumbers. His knowledge of erecting structures was second to none and I learned quite a bit from him in my years working in new construction. Bill (aka "pipe") passed away a few years ago due to alcohol consumption but his legend still lives in the hearts and minds of the many single women that he earned his nickname from. Bill laid pipe all over this town. Every time I see you post it will give me a good chuckle and remind me of my time spent listening to him tell the tale of his latest conquest. :drinks:
