Steve Brooks has a fair selection up to 600 grains. Bullshop here on the board may also have something to your specs.

Do you have a fast enough twist in your rifle to handle that long of a bullet?

CBE out of Australia makes a mould that big. Extremely reasonable price with the conversion rate as well. It is a first rate mould. There is a 4 to 6 week wait though.

Yeh but you got an NEI mould, just about the same wait, and twice the money.

Yep, google is easy... if you know exactly what "CBE" actually stands for. Smart a$$.

I didn't know what it stands for, either. I just searched for 'CBE bullets', like any other dumb a$$.
Adding 'bullets' filters out a jillion other possible 'CBE's...

But, you're welcome, anyway, SharpsShooter...

Do you have a fast enough twist in your rifle to handle that long of a bullet? Leadpot, I would suspect that milltownhunter has a Uberti 45-120 with the standard 1:20 twist. At least, that's what he was trying to determine in the Single Shots forum

Factory loads were only a 500 grain lead bullet with 120grs black powder

As late as 1916 the winchester catalog listed that 500 gr bullet as well as paper patch for the Sharps 3 1/4 inch case.

Me...I don't know anything more than what others say about those historical tidbits.
I had this impression that when Winchester brought out the 45/120, it was an 'express' cartridge...

What part of the SHARPS 3 1/4 inch case didn't you understand?

The winchester 45-120 was an express cartridge based off of a 50 cal case loaded with a 300 gr bullet in a 1/32 twist.
