At 7:34 PM, tonight, my phone rang.
It was a Kensights customer service rep calling me concerning an e-mail I had sent them in my quest for a replacement front sight to correct the sight regulation problem I am having with my otherwise very accurate Kahr K9. After speaking with me for nearly 20 minutes and talking me through measuring the dovetail on my pistol, he regretfully said that he could not help me, but he did refer me to a competitor whom he said probably could. They produce sights geared to the 1911, with a .330 dovetail, not the .300 dovetail on my pistol.
I have had bigger companies take a heck of a lot longer to reply, and have spent longer explaining issues to customer service reps who did not know their market nor their product.
