Cool what a feeder will do when it come to changing the habits and travel patterns of the local wildlife. Just a clip from one of my coon feeders . This was the first night I've filled it in. Close to two months.

Most of those animals you'd probably never see otherwise.

Do you run dogs after them?

Interesting. I’m tempted to get one of those game cameras to see what the dog is barking at during the night. There are lots of critters around here that you never see, but when it snows, their tracks are all over.

Good video.

I bet you don't have bears in that area. Otherwise,, the feeder would be destroyed quickly! :D

I had a game camera concealed in a bird house when I lived in the country. Mostly saw raccoons and opossums but occasionally I saw things I didn't expect to see.

I haven’t used a feeder or camera here at home for years. When I retired I put them out and I’ve been running both non stop. We love to see what occurs and what shows up. I change the SD card weekly. The raccoons know that I won’t go down there past ten pm so they eat around 2-3AM- every morning. The “tree pigs” and “tree rats” are FAT.

Most folks around here with tree farms have gone to cameras with cel capability. Works out pretty good for a watchman. Some of the newer cameras are 4K HD Digital Color IR, just use ambient light. Pretty sophisticated with facial, form and vehicle recognition.
