OK I have Tramma Induced Migraines and Tramma Induced Headaches from a fall at work almost 12 years ago
I have been trying to get some of the new meds that block some of the migraines
After a LOT of work
I get sent to a Large Big name Clinic
First time there they send me to the wrong Doctor
Then they send me to the right Doctor that wants me to take the meds I have been trying to get on
BUT there is problems
The Doctor ( and or staff ) never do the paper work for Ohio WorkMan's Comp until they get SEVERAL Nasty calls from Ohio WorkMan's Comp
They also never bill Ohio WorkMan's Comp , so I get collection notices
And last but NOT Least they never prescribe me those Meds
They only prescribe me a different HIGH $$ Med that they know Ohio WorkMan's Comp will not approve
Then the want ME to run that med through MY Insurance and pay $800 a month co pay
So I ask another Doctor if he can prescribe me the meds
Yep he dose , BUT Ohio WorkMan's Comp turns down the prescription
As he is NOT the doctor that is supposed to prescribe me those meds
As according to Ohio WorkMan's Comp the BIG Name Clinic is supposed to
OK I call my Ohio WorkMan's Comp case manager and have a talk with her
She is shocked , she told me she would look into my problems and get back to me
Long story Short ,3 days later she E Mails me a list of forms the Doctor needs to submit
Along with a Code , so the forms will go directly to my Ohio WorkMan's Comp Case Manager
She told me it will still take at least 2 months
But SHE will push through the prescription
Also I told her a had a recording of the office visit and 2 ZOOM E visits
She ask for a copy and said her next call to the "Clinic" will be interesting
