Happy birthday! SWMBO took me to my favorite Mexican restaurant for my birthday a few days ago. I had what I always have there; nachos al carbon. It’s a platter of charcoal grilled fajita meat with cheese over tortilla chips with guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo and jalapeños.
