nickel plated jackets?

Any thoughts on using a nickel plated jacket and what it would do to your dies, barrel? Have only made a couple to see what it would look like in a nickel case and I got to say it looks pretty sweet.

Speer's new bonded plastic tip is nickel plated of some sorts.

Just a thought to see if there was any intrest.

...............Flakeing nickel cases and those bits of nickle floating around in the tumbler media and sticking to other cases, WILL scratch plain hardened steel dies.

After annealing nickled cases prior to swaging seems to eliminate any flaking of nickle from brass cases. At least I haven't had any problems when using nickled brass to make .45 Colt bullets.
