Anyone cast for this cartridge?
I’m thinking of a Lyman 358430 if I can locate one.
I’m going to be shooting them out of my 10” Ruger Blackhawk
Thanks

Mine did OK with that, but I preferred the 180 WFN, the 358627, and the 195 Ranch Dog. NOE has these molds or copies. I shoot them out of a 10" Contender and a Handi Rifle.

I like the Mihec (MP) 180 grain designed by Glen Larsen, a gc/rnfp. NOE has a similar mold. It works well in my Henry single shot, with 4x scope. I have tried 2 different 200 grain bullets, and I prefer the velocity and trajectory of the 180's. hc18flyer

I run a LBT 358-200-LFN in my 10” Maximum Blackhawk on top of a healthy dose of Alliant 300-MP

I'm using the NOE 360-183- FP in a 10 8nch contender.

Yup been doing so since it came ta be in the mid 1980's!!

I really like the Lyman 215g Keith the 358627. Butbthe 358429 previously mentioned is awesome as well.

Saecos 353 is a great 180 and the Ranch Dog 175 & 190 both are top Performers!

NOE will make you a combo mold with some pb cavities and some gc.
