Been wanting an AR trainer for a while and my GF's been wanting something in my collection that would be ..." Hers". Well happened to make the joke at at he pawn shop saying I'd love to have one of those dedicated AR 22lr's. Well guess what got ordered and put on layaway [emoji23] anyhow pink is her favorite color and there's a call of duty skin I love that I figured would look good on a real life gun sooo [emoji16]

Also have a lot of female friends who want to learn how to shoot and something about a painted up gun gets them excited and more at ease. Not to mention I like how much it seems to irritate people LOL !!
So paint job replaced the trigger spring with lighters ones , 3-12x44 centerpoint, knock off Harris ten round mag and booooooooy this thing is FUN !!

My buddies girl is the polar opposite and it's all black and skulls lol. Then I got another friend and she just likes a nice wooden stock and some fine blueing.

For centuries,, men seemed to think ladies shouldn't have guns etc. Yet,, at the same time,, they revered a lady called "Annie Oakley."

For about 30 years,, I've been working towards getting more ladies into shooting etc. It took a lot of time,, but the gun companies (who resisted at first,) started offering stuff just for the ladies. Including colored guns etc.

KUDOS to you for getting her this fine gun, that's all her's! I do not care what color they are,, or how they dress them up,, if it gets a lady into shooting,, I LIKE it!

I pulled the furniture off an AR and sprayed it purple. Handguard stock(not the tube) and grip. Easy and cheap. Looks like the cat is interested too Wolfdog.
