Has anyone tested their hollow point molds?

Has anyone tested their hollow point molds for expansion? I plan to cast 2-3 hollow points each with .22lr, pellet, and soft range lead, as-is, with 2% tin, and each with an insert such as a bb or plastic bead. Has anyone done tests like this before and what were your results?

Never with a BB in the nose but I have a 311410 that I hollow pointed. I cast them from very soft lead, paper patch, and shoot at 3000 fps out of my 30-06. The effect is spectacular. Even out at 400 yards a water filled milk jug makes a dramatic explosion.
