30-30 CB load

I'm looking for CB loads using Hodgdon Benchmark, of which I have a surplus. It seems like it should work, but all I can find is data for jacketeds. Using a cast 170 gr FNGC Lee mould with bore riding section hogged out to .302". Looking for vel. in the 1600-2000 fps area. Don't know of a source of 30-30 data with this powder. Thought I'd try you guys. Thanks.

Spud, try 25-27 grains of Benchmark with your 170-180 grainer boolit. Don't exceed 27 grains in a lever gun, because this powder like H322 is on the fast side for the 30-30. Should find accuracy quite quickly. ... felix

Thanks, felix. Yeah, this is for a '94, so I'll start out with 25 grs. Used Rel7 in the past, so thought this might work, too. Adios.
