Not always, there have been a few email only.

There is Edge free shipping for $50 a year. Worth it if you buy a lot.

when i was in business; i spent over $25,000 at brownells. a lot of their products can be purchased cheaper elswhere. they no longer offer discounts and or free shipping. the straw that broke the camels back was a few years ago when i didn't recieve their yearly catalog (usually in august) i called and was told that they no longer send free catalogs. they are $10.00. i bought one. some time ago i mentioned this on maybe this site. someone responded about the cost of printing ect. ect. .... i get several catalogs a year from machine tooling and woodworking suppliers, and others at no charge. again that is several a year. NO, brownells just got very greedy because they think that they have "the only game in town". they haven't sold me anything in a few years. look elswhere before you buy from them

Most of there items can be found a lot cheaper elsewhere as there dealer price is the items maufactures msrp but sometimes they were the only source for an item. The whole company started to slide when Pete Brownell took things over.

They all stopped those a few years back also.

not whining either. many of us know what a good company brownells used to be and what it is now. i guess that they have newer customers that didn't know the old brownells. but, it appears that they have lost some of there old customers
